And some more cards.....

I think I'm hooked! I've never been a big cardmaker, but with these cards I don't have to color any images..(which I can't color to look good).

So here's some more:

For the following challenges: Clean and Simple has a sketch, and Scrapbook Sisters want to see Christmas.

This one is for the following challenges: Simply Create wants to see Christmas, and at Paper crafting they have an anything goes challenge.

And Mady got invited to a Birthday party which worked out great with the challenge at More than Favors , which want to see Birthdays. And at Lollipop , they have an Anything goes challenge.

Later today, I'll be making Christmas decorations with the kids.

More cards from scraps!!!

I'm back with more cards and they are all from scraps!!!

This one is for the challenge over at CRAFT. They want an unusual Christmas Card.

This one is for the challenge at Paperplay. The change is Be Thankful

And here is one of my favorites. This one is for Shelly's . They want to see red and green.

I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. I went Black Friday shopping with my husband. I think this is the first time I've went. I worked it once over 10 years ago. It felt like being in Highschool, but with shopping carts. It was crowded. We only went to Wal-mart. But we got the kids a bunch of stuff. I like to tally up my total as I go. But I couldn't do that here. To much going on. But we came out ok. A little over what I wanted to spend. But the hubby got me a sewing machine!!! Now I just got to wait until christmas and act surprised for the kids.

I'm not a card maker, but....

I seen this post on Leah's and I had to try it.

Over at Kaboodle the challenge is Baby it's cold outside. And some of my squares say Let it Snow, and the card is blue which is a cold color!. Sundays with Chrissy they want nontraditional christmas colors, Phindy's place is looking for Christmas. And Pile it on wants anything with a 'P', (patterned paper).

I was browsing blogs and seen this sketch,at Sketch Saturday , and over at Papertake weekly they want to see Christmas. And Shelly's has an Anything goes Challenge.

And since I had a mess of paper all ready, why not make another one.

So this one is for Scrapfit , they want to see a Christmas Card.

This one is for Cardmakin Mamas the theme is be Thankful. Weston and Mady helped with this one. Now they are planning on helping afterschool today!

This one is based on a sketch in my Cafemom groups. This one I made this morning before I went and volunteered at school!

Can you believe 5 cards? And it didn't take me days! And they were made out of scraps! Now I just have to figuire out how Leah made her squares on a diagonal.

Funny Faces!

I've had this picture sitting in my workspace for the last week, trying to find a sketch that I like. Well this week at Sketchy Thursday they had the perfect sketch. This also works for Pile it on Be Happy, Charisma Anything goes, and the one hour challenge on the Creating Keepsakes blog was to add a banner.

Anything Goes

Over at Charisma , they are having an Anything Goes Challenge. You can enter anything crafty which works for me, since I do more than just scrapbook. And you can enter up to 3 times! So here is my first entry into the challenge

This is a vest I just finished knitting the other day for my daughter. This yarn is so nice but it's a pain if you drop a stitch because you can't find it. I first started knitting with this a year ago, and my littlest one pulled the needle out. So I put it up. I got it back out, and started it again, but had to make a vest, since Mady had grown.

Another Post!

Wow! I'm impressed with myself, LOL! I usually make a post and then a few months later make another post.

Here's the other LO I told you about the other day.
I found the LO idea for this one in a Simple Scrapbooks. The boys in this picture are now 10 year old!

And here's a sweater I handknitted for one of the teachers at the kids school.
