I finished another quilt for SBB Heartbuilders. I managed to get this one done on the 31st of December. I completed 4 charity quilt tops in 2018.

Donation quilt

I got this scrap pack from SBB Heartbuilders a while ago and finally got around to getting it ironed, sorted and made into a quilt top.

I received this package from Erin, in September.

I made some more blocks and turned it into a quilt top:

Going to donate it to SBB Heartbuilders.

Another Charity Quilt

I received a scrap bag of fabric from the SBB Heartbuilders group.

I turned it into this.

It's now on its way to my group leader to be quilted.

Rak Week Day 3

I had to work today. But after work I did manage to sew the charity quilt top together. It measures about 41" square. I ran out of the blue stripe fabric.

Random Acts of Kindness Week

This week is random acts of kindness week. What better way to start the week than working on a charity quilt.

Here's the fabric that was sent to me as part of the SBB heart builders group.

After much searching on Pinterest I decided on a disappearing 9 patch.

Here's the 9 patches:

I then cut them in quarters and made these blocks.

I have just over half the blocks done. I wish they would have sent more striped blue fabric. I think this quilt is going to turn out baby size.

Now to figure out what to do tomorrow for random acts of kindness week.

Project Linus quilt

I turned my pile of scraps...

into a quilt top for Project Linus.

Now it goes to my Team Leader for quilting and binding.
