I finished a sweater for Mady!

She doesn't like the color and claims she is never putting it on again.

Baby sneakers!

I was looking on Ravelry for something to knit and found some cute baby sneakers that I had to make.

These might be going with the baby sweater to my friend.

Knitted baby sweater!

I got a card in the mail, a few days ago, from a friend announcing they just had a baby. I didn't even know she was pregnant. We were friends in elementary school, when she moved away and we've been writing on and off ever since. It's been at least 9 months since our last letters.. So after reading the letter I bought a skein of yarn and made this sweater for the new baby boy.

I just need to buy some buttons for the neck opening and then it will be on it's way to the new baby.

Barefoot Sandals!

I was surfing the internet and I seen barefoot sandals. So I found a pattern and modifyied it a bit to fit my girls feet (and neice). Here's what they came out like:

The girls just love these. They think they are TinkerBell and dancers.

I know I'm going to have make a couple more pairs for my other neices.
