It's finished!!
I started an ABC quilt after seeing Jo's ABC quilts. Here's a link to the letters.
I made the front with all scraps of fabric I had. Last year when I organized my bins and cut small fabric into 1 1/2" squares I wasn't sure I would ever use them. But they worked perfectly for the sashing for this quilt. The batting I used was also a piece I had in my craft room!
For the back I was debating about just piecing a back together, but I seen the airplane fabric at Walmart and bought it. I quilted with an all over stipple, leaving the letters not quilted so they pop a little bit.
This is #10 on my UFO list.

I won
I won a $50 gift card to Fat Quarter Shop through the 2017 Finish Along. Here's the rules for 2018 finish along.
Here's what I bought with my gift card:
These patterns have been on my list of wants for a while, and I got the panel because it was on sale. My three year old informed me it has his name on it so it's his. I asked where his name was and he points at the Fat Quarter Shop label.

Baby Girl hat
My husband came home from ECFE with a note from a teacher. They wanted to know if I could knit up a baby girl hat for a baby shower she is going to.
Here's the hat I made:
She loved it!

Blue
Remember last year for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge, I made a bunch of 6.5" squares in the colors. Here's some of the blue.
I decided to turn them into the RSC15 quilt.
I switched a few of the blocks around.
Here's the 3 blue stars I need:

2018 American Patchwork and Quilting Challenge
I'm a little late making a list. And I purposely put the memory bears as #12, since that's this month's number.
A few of these are repeats from my 2017 list. I also rotated my Project Life albums each month and hope to make progress on them as well.

2017 Year in Review
I just realized I never wrote up a year in Review post of my projects.
I knitted 7 hats this year.
Here's 1:
To see the rest you can click here. You can also click on the yarn tab at the top of my blog.
I also worked on catching up in my scrapbooks. (I didn't blog too many of my layouts-maybe 8)
Here's 1:
You can see the rest by clicking here. Or on the paper tab at the top.
I made quite a few cards. Mainly Birthday and mailed a bunch out. I need to make more birthday cards soon.
If you want to see more click on the paper tab at the top.
And inserts for my scrapbooks can be found on the paper tab, too.
I completed 6 quilts(1 is a mini and 1 donated to Project Linus).
To see the rest Click here, or on the Fabric tab.
I have a few quilts to complete yet, including My Splendid Sampler.
I did lots of organizing of scraps-and still have a ways to go.
Made lots of fun projects, including this Super hero cape for my son. More can be found on the Fabric tab.
Lots of bags,
an ABC book,
and other fun projects can be found on the Fabric tab.
I have many fun projects and ideas for 2018, we'll see how many I actually get too.

Happy New Year!
So I failed at staying up with the kids to watch the ball drop on TV. I fell asleep around 9:30. (But I get up at 5 AM for work, so my body doesn't like to stay up late).
I got a pattern from someone on FB. I've been looking all over for this pattern and couldn't find it, and someone offered to send it to me. My plan is to make memory bears out of my FIL's clothes.
To practice I made a Halloween bear.
