Doll pajama's

I made these the other day out of my old pair of pj's. The pants had ripped half way up the leg. And not on a seam. So the girls dollies have pj's now.

Mady went over to a friends house this weekend and came back, all excited and wants her bedroom all done up like her friends. I told her we can redo her bedroom for her, but it's not going to look like her friends. But now I need to find a cheap way to decorate her and her sister's room....

A swimsuit!!!

I made this tuesday evening.
The top was a pain, and is not perfect, but it is only for the girls dolls. And I learned a few things making it. This is made out of one of my old swimsuits that I haven't worn in ages. I got asked to knit a few baby girl hats, so you'll be seeing those when they are done.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!

I hope everyone had a good New Years. My sister took all the kids for the night. She had 10 in her house! We didn't have any extra money to spend so we spent the evening at home. Lucas' played the x-box since he never gets to with the kids. So I got to sew! Not a very eventful evening at home, but relaxing without the kids. Here's two new doll outfits I finished:
The best part is that they are made from old clothes. And one of my resolutions this year is to upcycle as much as possible. I'm off to a great start on that one!
